Reflection period/return
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package (or €3.95 for a letterbox package), consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us by email (before returning). We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not pick it up there, we will unfortunately have to charge the amount for the return costs. As soon as the package is returned to us, your order will be (partially) canceled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Personalized products exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you purchase via this online store that are custom-made (according to the specification you entered). This also applies to the products with flaws. The sale is final after successful payment.
